Our brains are continuously learning and storing information, through the nervous system, as habits in the mind. If you practice stress thats what the brain will store as it habit, or ill health, pain, sadness, or happiness and peace.
In Yoga Asana we will work with the body unravling pain, stress, emotional patterns which will affect the mind in a positive way. Then we will use meditation, NLP and hypnosis to work on re wiring the brain and nervous system with calm, peace and happines until they become your habitual way to live.

The Friars is a great venue, you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. Retreats are a great way to escape your busy live, the perfect opportunity to stop, relax and recharge.
The surroundings, the Yoga, the meditation and relaxation with a unique blend of NLP and hypnosis mixed in means you get to totally and deeply relax, feel good and learn to be happy more of the time.
We will be practicing Yoga asana, Pranayama(breathing), chanting, meditation and deep relaxation. There will also be a session of hypnosis and NLP. All of which is optional.
No experience is needed, all abilites and everyone is welcome. My retreats are friendly and fun. I have limited space so book now or phone or email me for more information.
