Inspired in Life offer a variety of weekly online and live yoga and meditation classes, including:

– small live classes at the Inspired in Life yoga studio in West Malling
– 1-2-1 sessions on line and in my studio
– a hall based class every Thursday evening at East Malling
Inspired in Life also offers monthly group coaching sessions called “peace & happiness through reflection & meditation’ as well online self study classes that aim to take you from stress, struggle and pain to a state where you can thrive & flow with ease using yoga and coaching techniques.
No experience necessary – just the desire to relax, replenish and feel good.
You don’t experience the world, you experience the world based on what you know – in other words, from the inside. You therefore see things based on personal experiences and not on your actual circumstances. Yoga means Union. Union with your true self – your Essence, Soul and Energy. Yoga teaches you how to form a Union between your Essence and Soul.
Your Soul is your higher self – it’s not your thinking. As humans, we get caught up in our thinking and the identification with our thinking – we forget we have a Soul that is breathing you, guiding you and is life itself. When we get caught in our thinking, we cut off from our wellbeing, peace, joy, love and flow. Life seems hard and we feel that our minds bodies are being attacked, going wrong or getting old.
Yoga is the vehicle through which you learn to reconnect to the peace, wellbeing and wisdom of your soul, essence and energy rather than the negativity of your thinking that shows up as suffering and pain.
My yoga is a blend of therapeutic yoga, somatic, RMT meditation and Union. I use yoga to release the tension and pain of your holding, moving and thinking patterns. Rebalancing the movements of your joints and muscles by improving your natural core stability, flexibility and mobility whilst relaxing your breathing, mind and systems.
I specialise in helping people in pain with injuries, disease, stress, or anything else that needs rebalancing working with each individual in a way that is right for them to achieve their goals.Class dates, Costs and locations
